Buffalo Wild Wings - I've seen the commercials, you've seen the commercials and it looks exciting right? Wrong. It started with the hostess, whose sole job is to greet customers in a friendly manner and seat them. She fiddled with the menus for a good 3 minutes then sat us and placed the menus on the table without saying a word. The waitress came over five minutes later to tell us Happy Hour started shortly and could she get us a Pepsi? We promptly ordered 2 waters and she walked away. Ten minutes later she came back asking if we wanted any appetizers. We asked her when happy hour starts and she says "In 45 minutes." 45 minutes? We ordered drinks then along w an appetizer snack of Parmesan Garlic wings. Wings came out super quick and were super delicious. This was the highlight of the evening. Took waitress another 20 minutes to revisit the table, ask if we wanted refills (drinks had been sitting there empty), and ask what our entree selections were. Food took even longer. However, it was good, well-cooked and hot. We had to track down our server and the manager in order to get our check. All in all, I would never go back. The quality of the food is not worth the price, the wait or the disgraceful service. Apologies and a genuine caring attitude go a long way!!!

Ordered the ultimate nachos with chicken. These should not be called ultimate nachos. It was more like some nachos with a little bit of salad on it, sparse amounts of chili, some nacho cheese sauce and a few bits of chicken. Are you kidding me? They should go to ER Bradelys or Palm Beach Ale House or Flanagins if they want to see how Ultimate Nachos are supposed to be. Never going to step into this place again.

So we got seated outside right in front of the door and my boyfriend said oh no we're gonna get hit sitting here and I said but at least they'll see us if we need anything. I must of jinxed it because we sat there for 15 minutes as the staff passed right by us! We finally had to ask for help and along came our waitress to begrudgingly take our drink order. The atmosphere was awful, there were 5 TV blaring all different stations, the staff was all yelling, we had to yell to speak to each other and everyone around us did too, so no one could hear anything. The food was just as bad. For having wings in their name, it was dry, lacking in meat and flavorless. Awful awful experience, we'll stick to duffys for our sports bar cravings.

Went for lunch today in attempt to give this BWW another chance. Waste of time. We waited 45 minutes for our food, when it came out they brought bone in wings instead of boneless, and our server couldn't figure out how to run a gift card. Really really terrible. Won't be coming back again. This is our third time and each time it just gets worse.

Went to watch a preseason football game... since its a sports bar. Our waitress Stephanie was much less than thrilled (I guess she was hoping to be cut first). She would shout questions at us from a table away while she was doing her sidework. We ordered some munchies and a few beers. Wings were EXTREMELY dry. After we finished (about an hour), she asked if we wanted another beer and then after serving them dropped the bill on the table and walked away.... I had wanted dessert but oh well. Left promptly and went to another bar to finish watching the game.

Went to this place the first time last night on the decision of my date and had the boneless chicken wings. Half order of Asian zing and half order of hot. Pretty standard fare for a chain. I didn't see anything that was outstanding. I've certainly had better wings at other places. I also ordered a vodka and soda which was very, very light on the vodka to the point where I asked for another shot which of course was put on the tab. My date was a bit upset with the server who seemed to have a lot of things going on although I didn't think he was too bad I just think he was overworked. I had suggested a more subdued place where we could talk. Although this place would be great for watching a game it's not a good place for date night because I could hardly hear anything he said and he didn't hear anything I said. Might come back to watch a cool game but certainly not to meet someone for the first time. And I won't be going out with that guy again!

If you like watching sports this is a good place. If you like good service think twice. If you like wings it will do. After many visits the food taste is good. The wings and other items are good. The issue is getting them to you hot in a reasonable time. While there always seem to be lots of servers, the service is very slow. The servers seem nice enough so I don't understand how the service is so bad. Great selection of wing sauces and a good concept. The place is LOUD so be prepared.

Great service. Asked multiple times how we were, if we needed anything & gave us samples of 2 different beers. Server was excellent & managers both came & greeted us very warmly. Thank you guys. We'll have to go back when we get home.

Not very happy with their service today, they had us wait 20 mins to for somebody to come and take our order. Finally gave up left, and headed straight to Apple Bees right down the street where their service was Much much better. Love their wings but the wait was worth it.

I like this location so much more than the Wellington location. My parents and I just finished up our meal. My order got messed up at first: I ordered the grill chicken wrap and they accidentally put crispy chicken. The waitress was very accommodating and returned with my new order - no if ands or buts. Very sweet. My parents enjoyed they're food. I will definitely be back to this location again. Thank you to our waitress for understanding - you were very professional and sweet.

I came in here on a Friday night for dinner. It wasn't crowded, which was a surprise since the one in Wellington always is slammed when I go there. The place was the usual atmosphere. TVs everywhere you look and a big bar for the ones that want to get their happy hour on. Our drinks came out quickly, but our food was rather slow. Our waiter told us three times that it was going to be coming out within a period of 30 or 40 minutes. They brought my son's meal out first and it helped passed time a little quicker while the rest of the meals were in the process of being brought out. I got a grilled chicken ceasar salad and my mom got the spinach dip. How could it take that long? Eh, it was alright. I ate all of my salad because I was hungry and I had better elsewhere. The spinach dip didn't look too appetizing either. However, I do commend a changing table being in the restroom here. The one in Wellington doesn't have one and I didn't check when I went to the one in Boynton. It is simply a pain in the ass when you have a child that needs to get changed and you walk in the restroom to find out that there isn't an area for it. Thankfully, it didn't happen. It's a hit or miss if I'll return here. If I do, I'll get something else and cross my fingers that it won't be bland.

We're sat immediately on a Monday night, took 10min for the server to finally greet us. There were about 5 servers on and about 2 tables were sat per section. The vibe from the staff was dead; no music or sports audio for our entertainment. We had the wrap and wings. Sauce was okay; a little overkill for me. My girlfriend had the wrap. She ordered it without the buffalo sauce, but of course the sauce still came on the wrap when she got it. I saw the manager run food to a table and quickly hustled back into the kitchen. Idk if we caught them at a bad time, but this place was definitely off they're A game. I will not return to this place.

You get what you expect from B Dubs, the food is average and taste the same at every location. The service is a little slow here, our server was nice but she did not come check on us and we had to ask another person to grab her so that we could get our check.( the entire restaurant only had about 4 full tables ) We all left exactly the amount we wanted to so that we didn't have to worry about getting change because of how long it might take. I enjoyed the Wing special for Tuesday which is 60cents/wing & an additional 60cents for dressings. My friend got the burger which was not very appealing, it looked thinner and drier than your typical fast food burger & she said it tasted that way as well. So I will be sticking with the wings. They have a "heat" scale that is very helpful since I am a baby and cannot handle spice. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but none of us were wowed... Pick up the pace & be more attentive and this location might actually stick around.

Former location of Hops Bar and Grill on SW corner of Okeechobee Boulevard & Military Trail in West Palm Beach. This was my second visit to this location after the building was renovated. This first visit was not good on every level, and I wrote it all off as the restaurant having not had enough time to get things right. It happens, that's just how it goes until everyone is trained. However, because of the first visit, I chose to sit at the bar instead of a table! I went during the early afternoon on a Saturday, and was not too busy. The food and service were fine. A couple of the waitstaff had major drops of glassware which were kind of entertaining as everyone broke into applause after it happened. Yikes! The restaurant is not in the most ideal location as you have to sort of trek through a busy shopping plaza to park near it. The "vibe" of the restaurant is just OK for a BWW. I have been to several that just absolutely rock with sports fans with the waitstaff being very engaged with the action. Not here...or at least not during my first two visits. It has potential, so I will check back from time to time at later hours. No issues with getting cold beer or food at the bar. The manager came by to check on things which is always a good sign. The restroom was spotless, and that too is encouraging. Good luck guys, I'll come back sometime soon for another visit !

Kitchen is SLOW! 52 minutes for WINGS to get to my table from a wings establishment? Zero Wait Time. No popular sporting event. Less than half tables sat when we placed order. POOR! Lost cred on any tasty compliments; too hungry to notice! Wait staff was PLEASANT, though it was a little sad they didn't back each other up. Witnessed on three occasions Servers in neighboring stations tidying their tables and walking to the kitchen, empty-handed, whilst passing our table full of empty glassware. There are very many televisions ALL turned to sports. It didn't seem as though volume was available on any, though. And as there was no live event on, Im unsure what they do to accommodate game days. Clean restrooms. Weird layout, though. Floor plan easily accommodates large groups. CHILD-FRIENDLY!!! To all my fellow ChildFree-by-Choice friends, you've been warned. They roll deep here including a PacMac game in the corner and everything.

Went for lunch on a Tuesday. It was empty. The waitress was clueless. I asked about their wing sauces, she couldn't answer my question. I asked about how their sauce compared to their competitors. Wings arrived in a reasonable amount of time but were room temperature. The sauce was so hot I could only get through 3 wings. Felt like I had been pepper sprayed by the police. I will never go back.

The wings were terrible! Also the chili cheese fries weren't good either!!And I had a rude server! It was nice inside and a good place to watch a sports game and the kids loved how they got to play with the iPad but I give them a thumbs down on the food,I won't be going back there to eat!
